A very nice hotel with a welcoming staff. We had a great time

The view was amazing, facilities great, breakfast solid, pool refreshing, shower hot, bed stupidly comfortable, nice pillow options and staff welcoming.

The accommodation was very nice and comfortable, we had two rooms for two couples, one was OK but the second one had no warm water in the bathroom and the Wifi was working only in the launch and not in the second room.

After we left the accommodation send us message that we own them money and we should send it to their account, we replied that we paid what we had in the Booking reservation, the accommodation said we only paid for one room - but we were sure we paid the whole sum for 2 rooms (as we could prove in the email from Booking.com), they also requested payment for dinner that we did not have, this was confusing we tried to explain to them - then we had no reply - no explanation or apology.

The view from the place is amazing. I loved waking up in the morning and seeing the herds. The food was really good, nicely prepared and fresh. The cook knows what he is doing. The place has a patio to sit and share tea with others. The room was neat and clean. And the people was very friendly and sincerely at giving.

Best stay in Jordan. Beautiful room, tasty dinner, nice view.

You feel like you’re on top of Jordan, waking up overlooking the beautiful landscape. The staff is simply great! Extremely caring and always wondering where we were. They left the gate open (for us) at night until everybody is gathered back in the lodge. Big thanks to Tayseer for giving out recommendations while sipping tea together in the evening. And also thanks to one the staff who gave us his pack of cigarettes for free just because we asked where to buy them. Wi-Fi works exceptionally great (better than in some 5* hotels in Jordan). Just fyi for the girls, we didn’t have a hair dryer in the room (but I didn’t ask for one, I think they’ll have one if you ask). To sum all that up, we just loved it here and if we’d come to Jordan, we would come back here for sure!

Well, I got a free upgrade to the royal suite! What’s not to like! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Dinner and breakfast were very extensive and delicious. The location is very remote, but beautyful and quiet.

The hotel is undergoing some construction, so it was a bit loud at times, but the work stopped in time for me to enjoy the lovely sunset and a quiet evening.

The staff were really friendly and welcoming when I arrived. The room was very spacious and over looked the Dead Sea up in the mountains which was picturesque to wake up to. The bed was really comfy and I had a really good sleep and the bathroom was nice and clean. It really exceeded my expectations and is definitely a hidden gem! I recommend staying here to anyone and will definitely be back as the hospitality was 10/10. Thank you!

Everything. The pool. Watching sheep herders with a Dead Sea background from our room. The staff, especially Ali and Hannah. The food. The hospitality.
