Piazza Santo Stefano con vista

Die Lage ist sehr gut, zentral in der Altstadt gelegen. Das historische Gebäude ist ansprechend. Der Ausblick auf die Piazza Santo Stefano ist sehr schön. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll und komplett ausgestattet.

Den Türcode zum Haus haben wir im Voraus erhalten, sodass wir das Gebäude betreten konnten. Den Code zur Wohnung erhielten wir hingegen erst auf Nachfrage beim Gastgeber per Mail, als wir bereits vor der Wohnungstür standen. Eine telefonische Kontaktaufnahme war nicht möglich; der Anruf wurde nicht entgegen genommen. Die Duschkabine ist undicht, der schöne Eichenparkettboden leidet sichtbar darunter. Die WC-Schüssel weist Risse auf, sie müsste ersetzt werden. In der ansprechend und gut ausgestatteten Küche funktionierte die Abwaschmaschine nicht. Die Kaffeemaschine war nicht gereinigt, und es befanden sich verbrauchte Kapseln im Auffanggefäss.

Es amplio y con vista. La cama era cómoda.

1- La persona encargada no contesta. 2- Aire Acondicionado o el control dañado. Tuve que dormir con un ventilador. 3- Mucho ruido de la calle si abres las ventanas. 4- Es en un 4to piso y no tiene ascensor. 5- Las cerraduras son con códigos, dependes de internet y celular para entrar. 6- El “check out” es a las 10am. 7- El mantenimiento del baño puede mejorar. El control para encender el aire acondicionado no funcionaba, llamé y escribí al administrador y nunca contestó. Tuvimos que dormir con las ventanas abiertas con el ruido y luz de la calle.

Excellent location. Situated on a lively piazza and walking distance to lots of restaurants/parks/sites. Flat was clean, well equipped and spacious. Communication with host (Daniel) was smooth and timely.

Dostęp do wejścia głównego ( brak jasnej instrukcji jak wejść przez drzwi główne, kod Nuki jest do drzwi do mieszkania, na drzwi główne nie działa, host musiał zdalnie otworzyć nam drzwi, stałyśmy 45min i czekałyśmy na wejście). Wejście do mieszkania łatwe i intuicyjne, ale wejście główne to duży problem. Klimatyzacja jest niewydolna, działa w korytarzu, do pokoi średnio dociera, dodatkowo była uszkodzona i wiadro do mopa stoi pod klimatyzatorem nie przez przypadek - zbiera skropliny. Nie wiedziałyśmy o tym i pierwszej nocy podłoga była cała mokra. Mieszkanie wraz z kuchnią są wewnątrz mieszkania, na wyłączność. Platformy typu netflix są jako appki w TV, ale trzeba się zalogować na swoje konto, nie ma dostępu z miejsca.

Nuki Smart lock was a bit tricky, but just read it carefully, all information is there. Let the family sit at a nice Osteria in front of the door and let a “patient” one in the group unlock the door. :) Can be useful to have a door sign with the name of the apartment/owner or even a Nuki sign at the main entrance so the visitor is certain that it is the right spot.

The location, the apartment, the city is wonderful, one thing to develop is check-in procedure. There is an app that i ve seen worst app until now, first you need to understand this app than how to open the door. Check-in procedure needs to be develop, except this everything was wonderful.

A lot of stairs, might be tricky for people who have luggages. And Nuki app is also a little bit hard to follow, recommend to download the app before hand.
