The comunication with owner during arrival day was not posiisble due to owner no cominucated. The apartment was dirty after previous guuest at 6 p.m. during our arrival. Dirty bad, old dirty linen, dirty kitchen, full boxes with rubbish, dirty bathroom. The apertment was unsuitable for staying another hotel room was necessary payed. If you want to be happy stay without trouble in Bologna looks for another apartments.No choose this accomodation. I payed near 200Eur for one night and did not use and not refused.

Loved everything. Beautiful property, great location. It was a little hard to get the right app to access the property fir a say, but once we received the right app, all went great. They also let us check out a little later, which helped a lot. Would definitely stay there again.

The access to the property should have been easier, and the right app should have been sent to us right away

We really enjoyed our stay here. You just have to pass the other bedroom to get to the bathroom. Other than that it was great!

Very nice decor and clean apartament. Beautiful location with a great view. It was amazing to see Piazza Stefano with no one in the morning. Everything close by. Normally it’s full of people and caffès.

The apartment was on the second floor without elevator. If you have heavy suitcases to carry it’s not for you. Initially, we couldn’t find the apartment as there is no sign so we were running up and down not sure which door to open ! The doormat with a sign is small and I didn’t pay attention in the key instruction that’s the only sign for the apartment. The key app system is quite difficult and you should download it in advance. Otherwise you end up standing there trying to get internet. There are hundreds of people until late in the Piazza, so it’s very loud until after midnight.

Electronic key can be tricky at first but is ok once you get used to it.

Exceptionally clean, well laid out, attractively furnished and comfortable. Fantastic location with lots of bars and restaurants.

Slight issue with the electronic locks, more so with the wooden outer doors late at night. Could be noisy at night but you are in the heart of things, so expected. Some additional kitchen items such as a chopping board and an additional sharp knife, but otherwise very well equipped.
