The Dolls House

The house is in a peaceful area close to everywhere we wanted to go. Our host was welcoming and available to help us if we needed anything. We enjoyed the games room. Everything was clean and well equipped - with basics in the kitchen: like tea coffee sugar vinegar soya sauce salt and pepper; plenty of bedding in the bedrooms We would stay there again.

The accommodation was fantastic, the boys really loved the games room, nice location.

Extremely comfortable house. So much attention to details to ensure our comfort. Very well equipped kitchen. Electric blankets on the queen size beds. Our host was easy to communicate with. When we reached out regarding the heating unit, she walked over to assist us to put in on. She chatted for a while and recommended some activities in the area. The small bed room can easily be transformed into a young child room, as we noticed a playpen with a mattress in the closet as well as a high chair. There was plenty of pillows and extra blankets as well. Thank you Glendyr for making sure we were comfortable

Very homely feeling, was very clean and tidy.

Upstairs could do with a second vac cleaner so you don't have to drag the other one up the stairs. Minor issue.

The taps were outdated

Very welcoming. Had everything we needed and more. Generous supplies of body wash, hand soap, shampoo washing powder (a must for Rotorua) dishwasher tablets. Pantry even came with some extras. Home away from home. Our location was handy to everything but far away enough to avoid the sulphuric odour.

Spacious and Well-Equipped Home: This two-story, three-bedroom house offers plenty of space, with two living areas that are ideal for families. The home is thoughtfully furnished and includes modern amenities such as a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Entertainment Options: The garage has been transformed into a games room, providing excellent indoor entertainment for both adults and children. Quiet and Convenient Location: Set in a peaceful neighborhood in Ngongotaha, the property is only 6 km from Rotorua's city center and close to attractions like the Gondola, Luge, and Agrodome. Modern Comforts: Features like air conditioning and electric blankets ensure a comfortable stay in any season.

Poor Placement of Bathroom Mirror: The bathroom mirror is not positioned directly above the sink, making daily tasks like shaving or face washing less practical and somewhat inconvenient. Luggage racks would be convenient to have.

The house was far bigger than I thought it was going to be, with the layout ideal for me and my friends. The modern feel and indoor outdoor space was amazing with the property ticking all our boxes including clean, warm, light & great facilities. Also loved the welcome from the owner.

This was such a lovely place to stay. Welcoming from the time you step foot in the door. Great location. Very clean. Very comfortable. Spacious but cosy. The games room was a huge hit for our teenage kids, and ourselves. Nothing to fault here.
