The Dolls House

The property was magnificent. Clean, organized and well stocked with provisions. Had a nice game room with a pool table and ping pong. The beds were comfortable. Well thought out presentation.

Would have liked a full length mirror. (But this is trivial since the house was exceptional.)

Location to town, not in it - but close. Size of house, 2x bathrooms. Self contained and everything you need. Clean. Quiet area. Good BBQ. Was a great base to stay at and explore surrounding areas throughout the days. This place doesn't have the 'lovely' waft of Rotorua aroma either.

The lake is right at the end of the shared driveway but you cannot access it from here to view unfortunately. You need to go via one of the surrounding streets.

Breakfast not included at our stay. House was super and felt very homely, loved it.

Upstairs shower very poor needs New head. Additional pillows would have been good

Quiet location, yet close to Rotorua City Center, gas grill, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, coffee maker, covered outdoor deck.

Small indoor dining area.

Property had everything we could possibly need and was very comfortable

Nothing not to like

Lovely little home full of the extras that make a holiday easier - salt and pepper, fans for the bedrooms, oil, baking paper, aluminium foil, cling-wrap, tissues…Game room was also a hit! Clean and roomy with comfortable couches and beds. Would highly recommend.

Nothing, it was perfect for our needs

It is a big house not connected to any other house. There is a large patio with a BBQ. The house was comfortable and perfect for our family. The kitchen was well equipped. You are about 10 minutes drive from Rotorua town. There are smaller other shops closer. The area is quiet and very close to the water - about 5 min walk Did like the fact there were 2 toilets and a 1 large bathroom and one very small bathroom which was adequate.

The upstairs bedroom is wooden and when you walk it the floor creaks- I guess that is what I should have expected. It is a place I would definitely stay at again- as with a car 10 min drive to town and being close to the most attractions - eg luge and gondola which are must do activities is good.

The house was a prefect place to relax it was close the water but needed a car to get to things
