Location was ok, for the 3 days we were there.

Everything was great, but we were a bit cold down stairs, being winter of course. Perfect in the summer.

Very nice location with a warm welcome sign from the home owners. The house itself is clean and spacious. We had a very comfortable stay with 5 people.

We loved our stay at the dolls house. The moment we walked in the door, we felt a sense of homely home. Not only was it a beautiful home, but it was clean, warm, comfortable, and very well thought of and prepped for a family of five. As a busy mum of athletes, I got to relax as well. BONUS! There were board games inside the house and out in the garage it had table tennis and a pool table. The children utilized these really well on rainy days while i was inside with my feet up, EXTRA BONUS! Communication with the owner was superb! I can't wait to visit Rotorua again and stay at the Doll' house. We didn't want to leave, lol

There was not one thing we did not like. We loved everything !!!

Everything even the pool table and table tennis 🏓 was great nice Addition

Air conditioning taking 25 mins to start up maybe just a wee note in the booklet to warn people because we were freezing when we arrived. Not a complaint just an observation so people are aware.

The location was good. It was a little drive out of town but an easy drive. There were a lot of little, thoughtful touches that made our stay comfortable. e.g. different games, basic pantry items, a folder full of helpful information. We enjoyed the table tennis and pool tables a lot.

The only thing we would have liked was a heater that could be used in the garage while we were playing table tennis.
