Home2Suites by Hilton Florence

This was the second time we stayed in a week and this was completely 360 of our first stay. Not a great experience this time at all.

Roach on the ground right out The front door. No one at the check in counter immediately. No tv greeting when we entered with Hilton honors. Our room smelled like smoke or previously a smoking room, it was room 420 go figure. Toilet did not want to flush. Check in counter was super busy in the evening need more help. Breakfast counter had no paper plates. Please keep utensils, condiment packets all day. You have guests getting take out.

Greeted first thing at the door. My son tore his stuffie and the women gave me a sewing kit to fix it! Room was clean. Staff was friendly in the evening during check in.

Breakfast staff and ck out on 8/4 we’re not as friendly. One of the cooks at breakfast was having a conversation about what I’m assuming is her love life, and the whole lobby could hear her. Need more trays and paper plates for people to transport food to their rooms. We came down at 7 am, so it shouldn’t have been a matter of “all gone”.

Nice breakfast...plenty of choices...prefer real bacon...

I don't like eating breakfast with "DOGS". I don't think it's fair for me to have to eat breakfast with dogs. You don't know if I have an allergy or not? I'm in the hotel with them. I'm in the elevator with them, and I think if they have to be allowed in your establishment, that should stay in their room when it's time to eat.

The suites are really nice for a family and it is really nice that it was dog friendly. Loved the pool, loved their restaurants in the parking lot. We didn't have to drive anywhere, the staff was really helpful, and a full kitchen in the room was great
