Great hotel, with a great location easy access to and from freeway and walking distance to Florence Center.

מלון חדש ונקי.

החדר לא היה מוכן ל5 אנשים. הינו צריכים לשים מצעים במיטת הספה ו3 מגבות קיבלנו לחדר אחרי שהתעקשנו לקבל אותם באותו רגע.

Accomodations very comfortable. Clean on a very busy soccer weekend with kids everywhere.

Staff not a desk, hidi g behind a partition where guests cannot see them. Not very welcoming when you enter. Breakfast quality is not very good, looks and tastes cheap. Recognizing it was a very busy weekend with a lot of kids, but the layout of the breakfast area was not conucive to the vokume of people going through. Oh...and somwone set off the fire alarm with their breakfast waffle, i believe. Had to go out into the pouring rain because someone probably did not watch their child burning a waffle.

That the rooms were not very clean. There was dishes from the past person still in the dishwasher
