MTWe had booked for 2 nights.We have arrived by night with the family and at the reception they said the hotel was full !!! We sent a message 7 hours before our arrival but nobody read it or answered … We had to insist with the manager to solve the problem. He found a room in another hostel which was pretty clean and well managed. After one night in this hostel, finally we went to « la colline ». They showed us a room very dirty … We get another one which was in bad state… Really disappointed . Family had to avoid this hostel .
