MAMAMAVery close to the main road, the very busy traffic all night long makes it difficult to sleep. There was an electricity problem,this keeps cutting every 5 minutes for long time which makes it hard to sleep because I can’t use the air condition, the room temperature was around 40 degrees

DEMAI like : - The location of the hotel . - The staff - The room was clean
I didn't like: - The equipments in the room ( the doors handles are broken , and also the window handle ) - The windows are old fashioned and not modern ( should be in aluminium) - The noise in the hotel, you can literally hear the person in the next room talking with the phone . - the elevator is not working.
MAMAMAThe customer support was good. the reception was good and dealing. the price was suitable in comparison with some other places.
Try not to make noise around the client rooms (high sound talking, doors's rooms closing ..). hiring a waiter/cooker instead of the cleaner itself doing the job. It will be perfect if they do some good smells on the sleeping furniture.
