Siamo una coppia. L'aereo ha avuto un ritardo di circa 2 ore!! Siamo arrivati all'esterno della struttura alle 23.non siamo riusciti ad aprire contenente le chiavi pur facendo la combinazione che ci ha segnalato la struttura nella mail. Durante tutto il giorno fino alla sera nessuno ha risposto alle varie telefonate, ne agli sms, né alla mail. Quindi siamo andati a dormire in hotel (San Giorgio) a Bergamo!! Abbiamo speso 117euro come possiamo dimostrare dallo scontrino fiscale, con cifra, data e ora. Quindi nessuna serietà da parte dei conduttori della struttura!! Vergogna!! Chiederemo un rimborso da Booking!!
