en terminos generales, bien

El servicio de la persona que nos recibio el dia 16.12, alrededor de las 11pm, muy despota, con mala actitud, al segundo dia le pedi unas cobijas extras y me ignoro me dejo esperando y nunca mando nada, si no tiene ganas de servir al cliente que busque otro empleo. lo unico desagradable en el hotel.
