El desayuno es variado, y con fruta y buena comida.

La cama estaba dura y las dabanas asperas, creo que podrían mejorar en ese aspecto. Fuera de eso bien.

"Friendly, Comfortable, Restful"

My connecting flight out of Mexico City was delayed by 2 days and so I booked this hotel last minute for a 2 night stay. It was reasonably close to the airport, and I just used it as a place to rest as I was 32 hours into my journey home and was very tired when I arrived. It was quiet and comfortable, a good place to rest. The hotel restaurant provided a good free hot breakfast, and a paid dinner. The food was good and the staff were really kind and helpful. The desk staff were as well. They booked me a taxi for a 2:45 AM departure. Everything went very smoothly.

I have no complaints whatsoever.

"Buen lugar, no tan buena atención."

La habitación estaba bastante amplia y muy limpia, el desayuno ofrece opciones para todos los gustos, es tranquilo.

La gente que nos atendió al momento de nuestro Check out no fue muy amable y cuando preguntamos si podíamos dejar nuestro equipaje después de nuestro Check out sí nos lo permitieron, pero nos pusieron mala cara. La habitación es algo fría.

"Una muy buena experiencia"

Me sorprendió mucho la seguridad ciudadana, el turista está muy atendido, hay policías por todas partes. La gente es super amable y el trato en el hotel excelente. lo mejor su ubicación a una parada de metro de Zócalo

las instalaciones aunque están bien son un poco antiguas y la fuerza del agua corriente es muy pequeña sobre todo en el lavabo.
