The Receptionist was the only consolation .

The lack of light, the room was not fitted with cupboard facilities, mousqitoes, very poor breakfast , bathroom accessories. Cold water due to loadshedding.

Please keep hot water

The location is excellent. The place has good potential

Please improve on pest control. And just simple maintenance of the place will do it great

The staff members were good and tried their outmost best for the stay to be good.

• customer service was horrible (we had to even ask for extra toilet paper because they never came for housekeeping after asking a million times) • room was not clean • cold water • No WiFi • No pool (Dirty) • No breakfast

I successfully made a reservation a day before arrival and when i arrived in lusaka almost mid night they told me the the place was fully booked and went on to refer me to a hotel of thiers miles away .... Mind you this was almost mid night
