The location is very good

Staff were not willing to help. When I paid there was hesitation in giving me change and receipt which I got after over a day. I begged for my breakfast on my first morning which I got around 5pm in the evening.!! When I booked for breakfast on my arrival day, I was told they start serving breakfast after 7am . Eish

The place looked old and there was not lights most of the time, a lot of mosquitoes, the bath rooms where not as clean, the shower had not shower curtain that made the whole bathroom filled with water as you bath, the water was everywhere on the bathroom floor after a shower that seemed like a hazard to slip and fall lucky no one did slip as we all took caution, the water was not always coming out we had to tell reception to turn on the water pump every time we wanted to bath, the towels were not clean and different color towels, we only had hot water in the mornings otherwise we bathed cold water as they said there is load shedding Breakfast was only provided for 1 person but it was a double room I did not understand why a double room provided breakfast for 1 person as we paid for 2 people in a double room The other room had a bath tub which very difficult to use and they also provided breakfast for 1 person
