Dennis, the host, is really kind. I arrived late at night and still he was really welcoming and made sure I could go to sleep with everything I needed. Breakfast was delicious, and after that he took me to town on the scooter which safed me a tuktuk ride:) I definitely recommend coming here if you want to arrive in a peaceful environment with a lot of care and genuine intentions 🌻

I liked the host but in the end because of his driver I didn't like his answers

I hired the driver for a week, the owner arranged for me to have his driver, this gentleman driver dropped me off at the hotel door, I am a woman with health problems, I asked him to come pick me up to go eat something and take me to the beach, he sent me on foot, where the streets were confusing and far away I could get lost, the next day he was upset when I asked him to take me to a beach I wanted to see, he dropped me off at another one and all angry, we continued on our journey to the next hotel, he dropped me off at the hotel door at 11:30 before noon, I told him I was going to the beach to relax a bit and that afterwards he would take me to eat something or go to the supermarket, his response was that he would be two hours away from me, if he needed anything, despite it being a hassle to come pick me up to take me wherever I wanted, I had to let him know two hours in advance because he was 70 km away from me, the same thing happened the next day, I didn't even see him, he was 70 km away from me, I paid a driver to be with me for seven days for which I It is necessary, and for my safety and comfort, it was not professional. I paid him to be my driver and not for him to go sightseeing alone 70 km away and on the first night I couldn't find my hotel, he was lost for two hours later we went looking for another one and he had the nerve to ask if I was looking for a room just for me and if we could share the room, and the hotel owner says that no one has ever complained about him, in other words I'm the crazy one, but I have a printout of the conversations.

Lovely welcoming guesthouse, which is perfect for a stay before or after a flight. Very big tasty breakfast. Left a case with them whilst I travel around SL, which was a big help. Dennis gave me some good advice regarding onward travel and using the Pick Me App.
