Пренебрежительное отношение сотрудников Забыли выполнить просьбу, пришлось несколько раз повторить Номер требует ремонта, есть плесень, санитарные условия не выполнены На ресепшене очень сильно кричали, звали сотрудника, что совершенно некорректно учитывая что это отель Вообще было ощущение, что я в гости приехала, какие то открытые двери, общение, разговоры, как будто это не отель, а чей то дом

We already reach there then they say our booking cancel... but we didn't cancel anything... if u people want to give other person room before that confirm how book the room first.... we come from malaysia.. then suddenly hotel person say no rooms available all full book... then they say we cancel, but we didn't cancel
