This represents the most unfortunate experience I have encountered while booking a hotel. The location advertised for the hotel was inaccurate. The surrounding area was unclean and did not provide a sense of comfort. We spent approximately two hours searching for the hotel, and upon our arrival, we were informed that the room reserved in our name had been given to another guest due to a lack of payment. During the booking process, it was stated that payment could be made upon arrival. At 1 AM, we found ourselves without accommodation, and they directed us to another property of theirs, which was situated in an even less desirable location and appeared to be in poor condition. Fortunately, I was traveling with family, so I had someone with me. Otherwise, it raises concerns about the safety of women traveling to such hotels at this time. Moreover the receptionist was drunk as well. This was truly the worst experience. It is imperative that you verify the condition and location of hotels before listing them on your site. Failing to do so makes you complicit with fraudulent hotels in deceiving tourists.
