I stayed there overnight, planning to visit LULU MALL, which is just a minute away, before flying next day.

I have no complaints in general. On arrival I was worried they said they don't accept internation cards. But later in the morning they managed it.

I wanted to find a hotel within that circumference and it was one of the only decent hotels in that area.

Even after I had mentioned the room is booked for senior citizens 80+ year ols couple, the staff was least bothered to ensure the room was given to me with all basic facilities. The comod seat in the bathroom was broken and we realised it in the first 5 mins of entering the room as my father used the toilet. Even after informing them, it was not rectified for over 36 hours and only done close to the time when we were leaving. The TV in the room was not functioning and this was also identified as soon as we came into the room but the staff was not bothered to rectify it. Similarly when we called to get some help for the safe as it was not locking.. the person was just not available to come. They did not have any good back up. The morning manager on duty did not inform the evening manager about the needs of the room and noone until next day worked on any of this.

Responsible, comfortable, clean and all staff are good, we really enjoyed especially Mr. Manjunath from the reception he has been allowed us for late check out, Thanks for him and all other staff a tall person from the maintenance section very attentive and having nice behaviour actually I forgot his name . Mr& Mrs Rafeeque

Boiler has got problem but they attended and did well
