"Overall passable experience, but worth a repeat because of the good staff"

Good location, close to the main city station and a mall nearby; decent sized room with space for an extra bed. Courteous and helpful staff.

No hot water in the morning (even at 630am) because the solar heater isnt good enough; breakfast starts late (at 730am, unlike other metros); toilet rolls not monitored and a lethargic attitude. No ramps, so you have to be fit to carry your luggage up a flight of about 10-12 stairs!
