"It was fairly good stay with significant scope of improvement"

Location of hotel was good. Breakfast was regular but monotonous, and very little choices were available. Staff told that kitchen was under renovation.

First person who met at reception was extraordinarily theatrical. Untold condition of not bringing guests in hotel room was imposed at check-in, and further processing was subject to my approval, of this unfair precondition. Language problem was also there. On first day we were late for check-in due to flight timings, and by the time we checked in, lunch was closed, and we were told to go to some outside mall for food. I was very hungry and I consider it unacceptably low hospitality.
