Location of this hotel is closer

The staff were not at all Co operative, I booked a room for 3 people they didn’t provide us the separate bed, visitors wer not allowed.. one has to wait or a really long time in the reception to check in. The staff were very adamant irrespective of the situations and people. Overall I must say this is the worst ever service I hav faced in a long time.
