Woodborough road close to city

The bed was exceptionally comfy, ensuring a good night's sleep. Fresh towels were provided, which was a nice touch. The heating was adequate, making the place warm and cozy. The WiFi was fantastic, allowing me to stay connected with ease. The host was friendly and accommodating, even though it took a little while to respond at times. The house is perfect for a couple, offering a nice atmosphere. Parking was conveniently close, making it easy to come and go. The location was decent, with essential shops and attractions within reach. The place had a homely feel, making it a comfortable and inviting space to relax.

Upon arrival, we noticed the dirty exterior. There was leftover food and drink in the fridge and freezer, and the bin hadn't been emptied. The bathroom had items left behind by previous guests, and the shower contained pubic hair. The freezer was not only unusable due to being iced over but also had some mold. The utensils were slightly dirty, and the mail was strewn about in various places like the cupboards, on the washing machine, and the windowsill. The downstairs bathroom was cluttered with dirty laundry around the boiler. I found the downstairs sofa bed incredibly hard and uncomfortable, making it difficult to relax. Additionally, the bathroom door in the upstairs bedroom wouldn't stay shut, offering little privacy and light in at night. The lack of basic amenities like some clean oven gloves ended in injuries as we had to use the kitchen tea towel.

The cosy feeling of the property. The host was very helpful and friendly. Would 100% recommend staying at the property. Left nice and clean and had a home like feeling.

Brand new kitchen and bathroom, heaters were on on arrival, good space for 2 persons,

bathroom door can't close, house number were hidden, pots of pains everywhere, blind on the window can't be rolled up, bed mattres is very soft and small, carpet upstairs not clean, TV doesn't have any channel, not sure where we can park outside, in front of a main road so quite noisy

Great little flat for a getaway

Unfortunately they are not going to allow dogs anymore, this means that it's not suitable for my requirements anymore

Location and comfortable facilities....home from home feeling.

A few more cups, they have dwindled, presumably broken over time only found 2 with handles and 1 without (prob a sugar bowl but works fine for a cuppa)

It was quiet and clean and easy to find. Although I am originally from Nottingham it was in a part of the city which I didn't know. Interesting to walk down the footpaths to Mapperly Road and the Forest, and when I was leaving on Saturday, carrying a case, the bus into town was very convenient. I packed a lot into my short visit ( the parkrun on the Forest and a school reunion on Forest Road) so the location on Woodborough Road was ideal.

No complaints. Tea and coffee were provided. Some milk in the fridge would have been handy; it took me a while to find a shop nearby. Generally the apartment was a bit bare, but that didn't really matter.
