Brilliant accommodation 20 minute walk from city centre

Potentially could be a very good apartment with good space and close to the city centre.

The mattress in the bedroom is so poor and collapsed at the edges that you feel like you’re going to fall out. The fold out sofa bed should be condemned, it is so uncomfortable to sit on as a sofa that I imagine sleeping on it would be unbearable. The smell of cigarettes was outrageous! Even the 5+ various air fresheners that were scattered around wouldn’t mask it and added the generally claustrophobic atmosphere. There was someone’s washing in the washing machine. Dirty towels and sheets hidden behind the downstairs toilet curtain. Filthy glasses and cutlery in the cupboards. Ant killer traps The outside space had a massive sack of damp leaves with various dirty mops and broken brooms, cigarette butts and general rubbish everywhere. Dirty bedding. The upstairs bathroom door doesn’t stay closed so the light beams in all night. The blinds in the bedroom are inadequate at keeping out the light from the street lamps that are right outside.

Comfy area nice shower and bed. Good location with route into city centre. Kitchen utensils all there.

Lack of tea coffee. Clothes (not ours in washing machine). Fridge little dirty. For what it is a little pricey.

Ideal location Comfortable Self-catering, self contained, dog friendly and the owner is quick to answer any queries.

No tea towels or washing up liquid! Normally these are here, probably just forgot when cleaning in between stays, there was washing in the machine, so maybe the tea towel was in there! The cooker is not very self explanatory, been here before and still had trouble using the hob....maybe some written instructions?

Bedroom is fantastic, lovely en suite. Comfy bed.

My friend slept on the sofa bed in the kitchen and it was so uncomfortable and small, I did feel a bit bad for him. I wouldn't advise anyone to sleep on that

Everything was fine. Good size property and close to Nottingham city centre.

During the day (not at night) you can hear the cars passing by the main road.

Could do with nice mat by front door or a rug down stairs floor very cold better pillows for bed
