Woodborough road close to city

The location is fantastic, very close to the city centre. I think it took us around 15 mins to walk in. Parking is easy. The house is a very good size and great value for money. I was travelling with my brother, so we needed the bedroom and the sofabed. Sofabed is in the living room/kitchen area which is tiled but the house was very warm and comfortable. On first look it looks like there's no duvet for the sofabed but when we were leaving I did see something that resembles blankets in the downstairs toilet storage space so you might want to talk to the owner if you need this (I packed heavy so we didn't need any). Owner is also very communicative and helpful l.

The sofabed isn't uncomfortable but luckily when I looked at photos ahead of our arrival, I packed an air mattress to put on top of sofabed and that was all good. I am 5'4 and I just about fit okay, if you're taller and looking to stay in a 2nd bed, you might want to bring an air mattress.

Good location. Should not be let as suitable for 2 adults and a child as there was no bed for our son, just a tiny hard bench sort of thing in the kitchen. Our son ended up sleeping on our floor on top of a spare quilt we found under the stairs.

The large kitchen could fit in a table and sofa rather than a large empty space. You also have to drag the bed across the bedroom to be able to see the TV

Location was good amenities near by and parking not too difficult. Great price for the location would stay again as a 2 but not as a 3 unless the sofa bed was replaced

It was quite dirty the fridge smelt bad there was dust all over the cooker hood and frozen sausages left in the freezer. The shower has mould around the base which could do with a clean. The blind in the bedroom wasn't fitted correctly and kept falling off. The sofa bed wasn't suitable for an adult to comfortably sleep on and there was a lack of comfortable seating in the kitchen living area and no table which results to us having to sit on a cold tiled floor.

Really nice, secure, cosy enough for 1 or 2 people (and my little dog!) I especially liked how quiet the area is, it really suited us and I’d definitely stay again.

Not a huge issue but could have more seating downstairs and the shower grout could use a bit of a scrub. Didn’t really bother me though the rest of the facilities were really great.

spare bed not really suitable for sleeping in, would suggest this is switched to a sofa to sit in whilst in the kitchen/eating area. Maybe a sofa bed.
