Woodborough road close to city

Comfortable, great location for my purposes. Toilets both upstairs and downstairs. Dog friendly. Helpful host, quick response.... over two visits he has helped with codes for the door and then the WiFi. I mentioned that a blind upstairs would be helpful....now there's a blind! 🙏 Thank you

This time the cooker hadn't been cleaned and upstairs underneath the bed we found a false eyelash and cigarette butt! 😄 The first time here it was clean throughout

The bed upstairs was super comfortable! Everything was really clean and the location was fantastic. The owners of the property gave me all the info I needed. Will definitely be staying again.

The only problem was my friend who stayed downstairs said that bed was pretty uncomfortable... but I got the comfy bed so that was fine for me ;)

The care taker/owner was very Amazing 👏 she always there the assist us.we arrived late but still pick our calls for anything. She even extended our check out to 12pm,but unfortunately we were unable to stay for long. We needed to come back to London.

Plenty of space for us and the dog...Nice cold kitchen floor as well too cool off! All facilities just fine or better. Fan in bedroom is a godsend in the heat 😅 Toilet downstairs as well as en-suite bathroom upstairs....all comfortable helping it feel like home.

Could do with a curtain/blind in the bedroom, I found I was getting out of bed and forgetting!

Bedroom a good size, great having 2 toilets. Plenty of kitchen space and utensils.

No blind or curtain on bedroom window Difficult to find, Rubbish in courtyard unsightly. No bedding for second bed.

It did smell a little damp on arrival . Sofa bed was a little uncomfortable .
