The pools area, bars and restaurants were good to great. The rooms and some of the common areas were out dated and dirty. The staff were hit or miss, a few were great the rest looked and acted like they didn’t want to be there.

I was told at time of booking and in my email confirmation that valet was $60 a night. When I arrived at valet they told me $100 a night for valet. I talked to check in desk about it but they said sorry the valet guys set prices. When I check the hotel website it says valet can very from $50-75. Then when I got my bill the charge was actually $107 a night. I arrived at 3:55pm for a 4pm check in I was told room not ready that they are working on it now and should only be 15-20 minutes wait. After waiting 30 minutes I asked if ready was told any minute. After an hour and 42 minutes of waiting I final got to my room. I talked to the hotel about all this and they told me sorry nothing they can do. For a 5 star resort the customer service is more like a 1 star motel.

Everything outside of our room view was nice

The dirty linen on our bed. The noisy Air conditioner that interrupted our sleep. The fact we were not accommodated like we should have been. We spent to much money for such a bad room. Never again

This room is nice with a beautiful view. But AC was loud, some electric outlets did not work. The hotel elevator was min 10 min wait, always packed. One should have to plan 15-20 minutes elevator trips

Took 45-60 mins to get up and down elevator all week from 28th floor missed multiple meetings.
