"An excellent place to stay"

Clean and comfortable. Very quiet. Free parking. Enormous and excellent breakfast. Indian restaurant on site. Very good food.

We understand that an en-suite had been added to our room and some configuration of the furniture/plug sockets needed to be worked through but not a problem for us

"cheap and cheerful"

Clean and well decorated (rm 5), really nice en-suite, the shower was very good.

Very uncomfortable mattress (rm 5), Tv was limited to Netflix, Amazon Prime (didn't work) and Sum sort of freeview which had very limited choice of 5 channels which I could only access BBCiplayer, none of which I was interested in. The Wifi signal on my mobile was very weak and intermittent.
