Messy Bed and Dirty Toilet in the room at the time of check in. It is a new property. What I believe they are understaffed right now.

Staff, cleanliness, size of room and Restaurant.

Very slow service. We can understand sort of staff. Otherwise it’s very good. We were happy with our stay and highly recommend this beautiful hotel. We came very late and were so tired. So politely requested if we can have checkout 30 minutes later. But was told they were busy can’t accommodate. Restaurant staff very polite and helpful. Mr Yadav and team were so caring and happy to help. Mr Rahul Chauhan ( General Manager) very welcoming and helpful.

The property is brand new and very nice size of the rooms. Also very nice restaurant very reasonable

It’s still unfinished and the property still needs a lot of cleaning and finishing. Also the internet is very slow and that can be improved.

Room was not clean and staff had no idea what they were doing. Had to use a bedsheet as blanket as they could not replace dirty blanket…..pathetic service!

Location is good 👍 Suggest you to provide Daily Newspaper at the door to every occupied customer. Even it was not at kept at the Reception.

Property was not fully complete and all facilities available

Site was still a building site in need of deep clean

Staff is very courteous and helpful.
