Best Corporate Hotel. Suitable for Corporates and Business class people. I am working in reliance and I would recommend to all reliance employees who are looking for their stays.

Nothing at all. Really. Nothing

I used their Imperial suite - a premium category room with premium prices, for a two night stay. I paid almost 15,000/night. However, the room was unfinished. The wardrobe was not clean. Room cleaning was almost non-existent. No carpets were provided. There was dust and dirt everywhere. Highly overpriced for what they provided. Windows were dirty like they had never been cleaned. Cigarette Smoke in the rooms and AC filters. Wires without fittings in the wardrobe. Paan stains, cigarette butts and ash in the drawers. No carpets, no slippers. No shower nor hand shower in tub, only a tap - ridiculous. Hot water only at night when usage would be low. Water in the mornings, was at best - lukewarm. Food was average at best. Windows were not built to keep the city noise out. Light in window box was on through the night, hence I was forced to sleep with black out curtains drawn, even though I would prefer to use only sheers. Money was spent on the room, but it wasn't well spent, and as someone in the business of furniture and furnishing, it was a great disappointment in all aspects. In fact, I wanted to cancel another booking I had done for a friend, and had paid a 50% advance, but they did not allow that, nor refund the advance, despite pointing out all these disappointing aspects to both the managers at the front desk. I would never stay at any of their properties ever again, and would advice all guests to be extremely wary of the highly misleading photos on their website. Please avoid this property. Better to stay in Rajkot and travel to Jamnagar, than stay here.

Brand new hotel, good location. They didn't receive our booking details but gave us an upgrade for one of the rooms, which was a suite, was beautiful.

Despite being a brand new hotel, wasn't as clean. Still a lot of teething issues. Not very organised either in terms of checking in and staff. Hopefully they will get better once they are more settled.

Room was comfortable, breakfast was good.

There was water leaking on the 2nd floor and towels were put, which were stinking

The hotel calling after booking the room at bookings.com to make 50% advance or the booking would be cancelled. The credit card payments were charged 2% extra. After making the payment when I reached the front office had no clue of the guest arriving. Did not get hot water in the morning. Rooms are spacious but Lenin were low thread. So not a good feel. A/c right above the head and the shower area water clogging problem. The fridge had open water bottles of the guest staying before me.

Messy Bed and Dirty Toilet in the room at the time of check in. It is a new property. What I believe they are understaffed right now.
