"New hotel that is already not properly maintained"

Spacious rooms and fairly good location. Water very hot and good water pression.

Rooms: no proper window insulation so hear all noises from street, bedsheet and towels not cleaned properly- one of my towels was full of black stains and not good quality Breakfast: restaurant not very clean and a lot of rubbish around. Breakfast choice very poor. Staff: although they are willing, they totally lack proper training. Checking was quite slow, in restaurant we had 3 people trying to take our order and what shamble. I requested a sizzling paneer for dinner and was brought one that was microwaved, it was changed to a sizzling when I complained ( they probably thought that tourists would not know!)
