Staff are taking care and making efforts. Assistance with auto. The location could be more central but nice, new business hotel with convenient restaurant attached.

Please make arrangements for early departure/take away breakfast. One must take care that the description matches the reality in the sense of inclusion in the price. I would have appreciated more professionalism in this context. Own booking system required.

The location, price and rooms are good.

The room had a window which was broken and wouldnt shut. Lot of roadside noise, we couldnt sleep till 3am and had to leave early morning. Requested them for another room which they did not provide. I had free breakfast which they refused to acknowledge saying its not showing in thier booking but was clearly showing in mine. Had to ultimately pay for breakfast, which was pretty Okayish, since i had to rush in the morning.

The staff at reception were very helpful. I had to book late after a flight cancellation. They went out of their way to accommodate me and print documents for me. The restaurant was better than i expected , good food ! Bed was comfortable.
