Swan Sapa Hotel

We had the Mountain View room and the view was breathtaking. Nice spacious bright room with all the mod cons.

Breakfast was horrendous. Not worth including

The view is crazy, room was clean and identical as the pictures. The location is also very close to everything.

The rain was very noisy at night

We really enjoyed it here. A hotel located right in the center of Sapa, the rooms are very beautiful and harmoniously arranged, the beds are comfortable, the staff and management are very clean, easy to communicate and super lovely. They are really enthusiastic about customers. We cannot expect more, absolutely coming back in the future!

Very few positives, but the bathroom decor was fairly premium. The lady at reception was very good and spoke English very well.

Smelled damp, not quite clean enough, a strange situation to run the shower 5 minutes before the hot water starts, cables showing from the ceiling where a light was removed, door didn't lock, scuffs on the cupboard, etc... Generally, the room felt dated and a bit run down. The booking.com location is completely wrong - Check Google for correct location.

Nice view, good breakfast & the staff in particular Linh is SO helpful!! She helped us with everything and her English is great.

Amazing staff! Would also contact you ahead of time to confirm everything! On our first night, we got a free upgrade to a bigger room. Again, thanks to Linh at the front reception :)

I like that it was centrally located, Very close to Sapa Station and lots of food choices around. Room is a good size and everything was working well. Thank you to Linh at the front desk for being so accommodating!! She booked everything for us - pickup, drop off, Glass bridge etc. she speaks good english too!
