Boiler not working on arrival so no hot water or heating (however this was resolved quickly by host once we notified them) Kitchen not very well equipped

It was noisy constant creaking of floors from above and door slamming
GB*Sea view was lovely to have *Flat clean, modern and spacious * Beds comfy, clean bedlinen * 3 bathrooms a bonus * Well stocked kitchen *Modern furniture and comfy settee *Flat has iron but unfortunately, no ironing board *Towels, toilet rolls and soap provided *Hairdrier provided *Free off street parking but sometimes entrance to this was blocked *Nicely decorated *Good communication from host initially *Quiet area but internal noise from other flats spoils this unfortunately *Close to the beach and short walk to Margate
*Noise from flat above - footsteps loud/ biiliard table noisy - kept us awake until early hours * Fridge wasn't clean *Hot tub party at back of building 2 flats below right under bedroom windows - kept us awake 2nd night until 1am but had to ask them to lower voices. * Due to laminate flooring anyone going up and down the stairs was very loud and echoed * To finish off the last morning of stay Fire Brigade had to sort out serious flood from boiler in one of flats below. * No check in details sent 24hrs before as told we would be so had to message just before we arrived to ask for them *Reported that balcony door lock wasn't working on one side no reply received. *Advertised as coffee shop on site - but wasn't.one *Only 2 dining chairs but flat is for four people

Chair was already broken and collapsed when our friend sat on it causing her to hit her head. Contacted the owner but never received a response. Original booking ad referred to it as a house, which is what we were looking for, but it was an apartment.
GBThe apartment was very tidy and clean, and everything in the apartment is new, beds so comfortable. The staff lady, Tufina's communication was perfect. Always in touch, she is very nice lady.
