GBGBGBGBProperty is very clean and spacious. Perfect location by the coast. 30 min walk to Margate town and about 40 mins to Botany Bay. Lovely walk for a nice day.
- The flat is in building with other flats. Through the night/ day you can constantly hear people coming up and down the stairs and on the floor above, which is fairly annoying! - On the first day, we had no hot water. We couldn’t all shower. We tried to contact the host number on booking.com and could not get through. It was a nightmare trying to contact someone to help. Eventually a number got back to us. At around 10pm in the evening (after reporting no hot water around 9am), someone was sent out. They were very pleasant and speedily fixed the issue as the boiler had malfunctioned. I was unhappy with the fact we had had no hot water and discussed compensation with the host, who said we could discuss this. After the stay, I contacted the host to follow this up, and I have still not received a response, and they have not reached out. Really disappointed with this, as apart from this, it was a lovely stay and a nice property
GBGBYou will not find a better view of the sea! I stayed here once a year ago whilst on away work (my company booked it.) I was delighted to find myself back when I randomly booked a unit for my long weekend. Flat 4 is spacious and clean, the beds are comfortable and it is just a short walk from everything you could want to do in Margate.
Make sure to bring supplies! Whilst there was coffee, tea and sugar, there were no condiments, salt/pepper etc. if one wanted to cook. There was also no soap/shampoo in the bathrooms. However, there is an Aldi very close by and a Morrisons in town to get whatever you need. The fridge is full size and there is plenty of cupboard space so this place would be great for longer stays.

GBProperty has been recently refurbished, so in perfect condition. Well located on the seafront, short walk from restaurants and bars. Property has everything you need.
