Apartment in Ponte Vedra Beach

The apartment was very clean and updated. The owners had coffee and tea available. Easy access to place and safe neighborhood.

Lack of service by the property menagment! Not responsible, as far as comunications goes...Very rude, trying to outsmart you! Waisting you time Not comfortable at all!!!

How comfortable and reliable the apartment was

Very clean, good location, host communicated well, allowed a potentially late arrival, easy parking, equipped kitchen.

Hallway up to apartment had terrible odor (candied mothballs?), apartment was hot on arrival and took awhile to achieve acceptable temperature, peculiar layout with person having to go through master bedroom to get to second bedroom and to get to bathroom. Sliding door between toilet and primary bedroom is awkward.

Great location near golf courses and beach. The kitchen is nice and everything you need is there. This is a great price for this location. Easy to enter and exit

The TV is there but you must use your own streaming service if you want to watch any TV, I used my computer. There is a sign in the kitchen saying no alcohol but that was not on the listing. They use scented laundry soap so all the bed linens and the towels smell like that, unfortunately I am allergic so I went to the store and bough sheets and a pillow. When stripping the bed I discovered the mattress was quite stained. Put my sheets on top but the mattress also smelled like the laundry detergent. This is not actually a 2 bedroom. On the side of the bedroom is a large laundry room where another bed is. You have to walk through the bedroom to get to the other bed. I did not need it but just a FYI just for future bookings.
