"For the price, apartment offers great value and is located near all the beaches and restaurants"

Apartment is top floor of a house, is spacious, and has all amenities for an apartment (2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, 1 bathroom, washer & dryer, etc...) even though we didn't use them all. Hostess answers our text or call promptly. Location is great, just a few minutes from all the beaches and restaurants.

House has 2-car garage but we must park on driveway, which in some cities may be a concern (we are from out of town so don't know the area). Check in time is limited to 4-8pm and check out time is 9-10am (hotels are typically after 2pm and before 11am,) but hostess accomodates our requested time of 8:30am.

One bedroom was a converted walk in closet, very small.

TV didn’t work. It was only replaced the day we checked out.

Location was very convenient

Very misleading. Didn’t realize it was a renovated upstairs unit. Spare bedroom was actually the laundry room with the washer dryer in it. Odor from downstair’s kitchen completely smothered our unit
