Great owners needs work but they are working on it

Well equipped, comfortable and very clean with a friendly welcome. The owners explained that they had recently purchased the pub and had carried out extensive renovation which really works. We had an evening meal of well served fish and chips this and the included breakfast were both delicious.

Our room was above a speaker in the bar which meant music permeating into our room until closing time. As an older couple we prefer to retire to bed earlier than most. The age of the building would make it difficult to sound proof. We were told that our room was quieter than the others and perhaps it would be if the offending speaker were to be moved to another location. This an observation and certainly not a complaint. On the whole we we were happy with our stay.

I enjoyed my stay here and am really happy that I had booked here for my 3 nights in Exminster. The room was lovely. The bed was comfy. The room had all of the amenities that you would need. Breakfast was great. The hosts were great. A little gem B n B.

I thoroughly enjoyed everything. No improvements from me.

Alison and Keith were very good hosts and very friendly. The accommodation was a little dated but the bed was comfy and the breakfast was excellent.

The room was very basic and the bathroom was very dated. The tv was hit and miss, especially when you walked past it. We were told that the rooms were due for refurbishment which would be perfect and we would happily stay there again.
