"If and when we needed to stay near Exeter, we would definitely consider booking a room here again."

The breakfast and evening meal very good value. The Landlady was very friendly.

The internet and sky TV very hit and miss. Possibly in a bad reception area.

Nice people, clean and comfortable room. Excellent value - worth a bit more than we were charged.

It was a "work in progress" by the new owners, which they explained when we arrived, so a tad quirky.

Fantastic hospitality, we were made to feel really welcome. Great breakfast, everything was fresh and beautifully presented.

The room wasn’t the best but in fairness we were told that they were in the process of refurbishing the rooms. Comfy enough for one night though.
