Great breakfast. Very friendly staff/owner. Made us feel very welcome.

I wasn't clear about when/whether food would be available the evening I arrived or breakfast the next morning. It turns out neither were available.

A great Pub, lovely Alison running it. Cute little room, with good shower. Good Pub food, and lovely breakfast. There's a Tesco express nearby. Should you need some food!

Nothing, but, just be aware the pub only opens at 4pm. But Alison let me leave my case. And suggested the Pub down the road, about 500m for mid afternoon sustenance. Thankyou.

Just starting out for accommodation. In all fairness the owner stated that they were to update the rooms later in the year. Prices were good , friendly and Exminster is a great place
