It is a new hotel, located outside the city centre, in a residential area, a 15 minute walk to the centre or the beach. There are grocery stores and places to eat around and the area is really quiet and felt very safe. Bed was super comfortable, A/C and Internet worked really well. I stayed in the room with the kitchenette and could prepare breakfast and simple meals. The best of the hotel was the staff, everyone was really friendly and ready to help. They gave me the best tips for beaches/restaurants and helped me with organizing the tours. I would definitely stay here again. I booked the first night and in the end stayed five.

The only thing I missed was a paper bin in the room, everything was great.
