Casa Xtao Hotel

This is a lovely new hotel with very wonderful, helpful. friendly staff!! It is a good walk to the central area.It is quiet and the local people are very kind and friendly. There is a great breakfast place just down the street. The sowers have wonderful hot water!! In he future I would stay in one of the rooms with a kitchenette - so I could cook and keep things cold.

We had a few problems with internet and TV, and changed rooms due to a plumbing problem... but everything worked out. I would have likd having a little fridge in the room The staff did everything they could to be helpful and make our stay a pleasant one.

The place is brand new, has perfect location in a silent neighborhood among locals with everything needed nearby. Shops, street food and much more. Excellent and competent staff lead by frontman Ray. Rooms are well equipped and have warm water.

Wonderful place covering the basics. Very clean, comfortable. Don’t expect luxury but if you’re looking for great value look no further as all the essentials are covered with comfortable beds, modern finishing, and great staff

Everything mostly,great customer service and very helpful all the stuff !!!very nice people and super clean place, Eduardo ,Raymundo Diego and also the housekeepers (I can’t recall their names)they re great in what they re doing!! Congrats

The first thing was the Wi-Fi signal at the night was very weak ,it might be the usage of many people and the second thing was the bathroom had not ventilation and that was leading to have a very strong smell Of the aromatic which is alright but also was not so comfortable some times when you wanted to use the toilet and the aromatic was gone …

Al llegar había muchas restricciones, nos cambiaron dos veces de habitación por fugas y falta de gas, teníamos que pedir que nos hicieran la limpieza y no cambiaban las toallas, solo las volteaban No había vigilancia en las noches, dejan que tu como huésped cierres Una de las habitaciones olía feo No funcionaba el aire acondicionado Cobraban las toallas si querías llevarlas a la playa

Brand new hotel situated in a quiet central part of town. Some rooms come with fully equipped kitchens which we loved as we were able to make dinner and relax. Amazing king beds/ sheets/ pillows and extremely clean. Hot water. Amazing staff and service from all. Mr. Manager was super helpful and hospitable and made our stay so perfect. Small grocery food shops next door so you can buy everything you need. Thank you!!

Shower was either too hot or too cold but would stay again regardless. Was a tad bit out of the town center but by car, it takes 5 minutes.

Had an amazing time at Casa Xtao. The hotel itself is excellent with brand new facilities, and the staff were incredible! I want to say a special thank you to Ray, Felipe and Gris for putting so much effort in to making us feel so welcomed. Huatulco is a very nice place and we will certainly be returning to Casa Xtao. -Front Desk staff were FANTASTIC!!! -15 minute walk to central La Crucecita

-Was told that my room would (not) be cleaned during my 1 week stay, which is totally fine by me, but that may not be okay for typically spoiled Canadian and Americans. -No window dressings/coverings on the windows, so I had to stuff pillows along the frame, to black them out. -ALL room doors of all the patrons were incredibly loud to open and close. Not sure if WD40 could fix the problem, or if they'd need to be re-hung/framed properly.

El lugar es reciente por lo que las cosas son nuevas, sin embargo en la publicación cuando yo reserve se mencionaba que se incluía estacionamiento dentro de la propiedad y no fue así, tampoco hay estacionamiento afuera siempre estuvo ocupado, además, nunca se preocuparon por ello aunque en su publicación decía que sí. Además se fue la luz y con el calor de la ciudad no sirve de nada que tenga aire acondicionado. Adicionalmente mencionaron que hasta contamos con suerte porque casi nunca hay internet. Todos estos servicios se supone se incluían en el costo de la habitación. Terrible experiencia.
