Bed was uncomfortable too many steps
GBProperty was fantastic, in a fab location. Had a great time here visiting the local pubs, ferry rides, trips to Dartmouth etc
Nothing at all although an instruction booklet for how to work the hob would have saved some kerfuffle 😆
GBEverything inside the property was of a very high standard. Shame we couldn't use the bathroom at night :(
We couldn't use the bathroom at night because despite our reporting that the light wasn't working, it wasn't fixed before we left. This was unfortunate for the couple using the bathroom.

GBGBBeautiful property, very comfortable and well equipped with fabulous views over the river to Dartmouth. Owner was friendly and helpful.
Only downside was no dedicated parking however there is a reasonably priced pay and display car park directly opposite.

It would have been good to have an information book on the local pubs, shop, ferry times etc. Instructions on how to work the TV , cooker etc. The cistern in up stairs toilet only fills a 1/4 full so had to all use downstairs loo.
GBFantastic location with great views over the river Dart. Clean, comfortable and well appointed. Would highly recommend.
What's not to like? Everything was as it should be. The steps up to the property would be an issue for some though.
