GBMagnificent location.
1). No instructions re. cooker , heating and toaster , all of which were not straightforward to use. 2). No mention of stairs to climb to entrance ( two of our party are 76+79 respectively ) 3). DVD player didn’t work - ie. no sound. 4). Parking.
GBThe house is on the opposite side of the river to Dartmouth which means you have a wonderful view. The passenger ferry to take you to the other side is a lovely mode of transport.
Maybe a discount for the marina parking would be good but not a game changer
