Indigo Inn Sapa

I was looking for a hotel in Sapa with a beautiful view from the room, and this place is perfect. When the fog clears, the view from the window is breathtaking. It's a little away from the town, so it's not noisy with vehicles. The room was clean. I especially liked the interior design of the room. Three nights wasn't enough. Next time, I'd like to stay for about a month.

It was inconvenient when the hot water stopped coming out of the shower occasionally.

The shower was broken so had to hold it, also the whole bathroom flooded as the drainage system was terrible

À 90m de la station de bus HK BUSLINES... établissement quasi neuf. Chauffage dans la chambre en actionnant le disjoncteur, mais ça on ne vous le dit pas. Chambre grande mais sans fenêtre. On n'a pas aimé cet hotel.

Toujours pareil 9 photos sur 10 montrent la chambre la plus grande avec grande fenêtre voire balcon puis 1 photo de la chambre sans fenêtre prise de telle sorte que l'on ne voit pas qu'il n'y a pas de fenêtre. Devinez laquelle où vous donne. Aucune isolation phonique donc la moindre discussion dans la cage d'escalier et couloir ça résonne donc des personnes qui parlent fort à 23h30 et là c'est BINGO.... Infos confuses sur le site de booking sur la gratuité du petit dej. On l'a payé après discussion puis 1h après on nous l'a remboursé. Le garçon à l'accueil parle aucun mot d'anglais, ignore les clients et est rentré dans notre chambre au moment où nous en sortions pour prendre un oreiller qui était en rab sans nous adresser la parole.... petit dej tres resteint pris dans la cuisine donc pas top.

Anh chị chủ rất nhiệt tình và dễ thương, rất support tụi mình. Bọn mình đi chơi nơi khác trước nhưng ghé KS gửi đồ trước anh chị oki luôn, mà bọn mình còn gửi từ sớm tinh mơ. Tụi mình ở phòng h’mong, có thể view thành phố, xa xa là núi và ngắm được mây vào sáng sớm
