Великий номер, горячий душ, в номері було дуже тепло

Прибирання відсутнє, це було в моєму випадку

The King Room has an amazing view when you wake up in the morning. And the room is clean. It was a bit older and the patio doors were old and I couldn't figure out how to lock them, and was worried I would freeze at night, but it was very comfortable with the air conditioner and the blankets. It's also super close to the HK Bus office to catch a sleeper bus to or from anywhere else in Vietnam. Very convenient!

I was looking forward to having a hot bath and soaking in that tub, but the hot water kicked out after 5 minutes or so, so it wasnt possible to have a warm hot bath :( Staff was nice enough but very basic, and the tours were on the more expensive side. It was a bit of a hike up the hill from sapa center where all the food and shops were so be prepared or get a bike/grab to get you up the hill.

Hôtel très confortable et très calme et très bien situé à 5-10 minutes à pied du centre. Très bon wi-fi et très bonne literie.

Front-line staff are friendly and helpful.

An elevator would be nice if you need to haul your luggage through 3+ floors.
