"Perfect property and location for visiting the far north"

Great location to visit key tourist attractions in the area. Loved the character and charm of the property. Had everything we needed and plenty of space and outdoor area for our family and friends

A beautiful home/property with a homely and cozy feel. Alot of space and very comfortable for my big family of 8 adults. It was close to our event and within 5 mins to the township so super convenient location. The hosts are wonderful and very accommodating, always checking in with us to make sure we were OK. We really enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend it to anyone needing accommodation in Kerikeri. We will definitely be staying here again.

"Cute and comfy stay"

What a lovely spot for a wee adventure! The place is cute and comfy, and the setting is just lovely. Good beds, bath and shower, well-equipped kitchen, and just generally a nice space. The kids loved being outside and seeing the chickens (even a couple of bunnies) and the location between Keri and Waipapa suited us perfectly. Great communication from hosts too.

"A good large property to stay for a family. Just a bit dated."

the house was relaxed and comfortable for a family.

the location was handy but rather noisey beside the main road. Also the groundsman started up the weedeater and mower on the friday afternoon when we had arrived. and did various noisey machines throughout the stay. there were a few not working light bulbs in the lounge and screen for mozzie broken in one bedroom. one bedroom door was very squeaky

The manor is so homely, very spacious and comfortable. We were greeted by Chickens and bunnies running around the yard. My kids were very excited driving in. We absolutely loved staying here, 10/10
