La Petite Ferme Manor - Spacious Garden Holiday Home

The open living area and beautifully kept grounds. How easy it was to organise a wheelchair and commode drop off for a incapacitated guest. The owners popping in to check we weren`t disturbed by unexpected and unruly occupants in another guest house on the property. We were blissfully unaware of the disturbance.

Milk, tea and coffee on hand when we arrived late at night would have been a nice touch.

Nice place for big family with kid's

The location of this Manor is perfect, it's close to town but not quite in it - allowing for privacy & silence. The space in the home is great, the heating was exceptional for such a large space & the ambience from the surrounding grounds provide a warm, welcoming & homey environment that I'm sure anyone would love to experience. We are elated with our time spent here & would recommend to anyone 🤗

An opportunity to spend a longer time in this Manor would be the only downside of our visit and time spent here in Kerikeri. The amenities available for use were sufficient & the property is well kept and inviting! 🤗✨️

Spacious, comfortable and generally well equipped.

Road noise an issue at night. House electrical system definitely in need of upgrading.

Second time staying here and just as wonderful as the first. I highly recommend this property to anyone staying in KeriKeri. We had a wonderful holiday here and look forward to coming back again. Thanks again Linda.

Property location, ambiance, host prompt response

Would have been better if there is Heat pump

The location is rustic and pretty, and we enjoyed lazing on the deck, and having visits from the curious hens! The kitchen was well equipped, and there were plenty of towels for our group of 6. The open plan living/dining area is perfect for a small group

We didn't understand from the listing that one of the bedrooms was a "sleepout" in the garden. We had expected 4 bedrooms in the house. This might not suit everyone, and I would recommend making this clear to visitors before their arrival. However, we were able to contact the property manager who explained the situation, and one of our group volunteered to take the sleepout. Also, Linda called to see us the following morning to ensure everything was ok- thank you Linda. Also, not a major issue, but the washing machine needs to be replaced.
