I loved the view! Great location. I ended up at the wrong address and a girl from the staff came to pick me up, very kind. They were very attentive.

The kitchen needs more utensils, especially knives. The shower stays hot for a while, but then it cools down.

I was allowed to do late check out myself. The location is perfect. There is a small kitchen with a kettle. The bathroom was clean

The shower floor has a specific design that might not be comfortable for some people.

Everything was very clean. Great value for the price. There is fridge and kitchen which comes very handy. Very nice rooms

Beds could be a little more comfortable. They are a bit too hard. Very noisy at night. Staff is never around the property. Although they answer the messages very quickly.

None since I had to be moved to a different property.

There was no electricity in the room upon arrival. The male staff didn't speak English so we had to call the other receptionist, who explained that because of the rain, the electrical switch for just the room I booked was broken. I arrived at 10pm, so I was quite unsure why this problem wasn't dealt with during the day since it had already been raining the whole day. Ended up having to move to a different place at 10.15pm, in the rain.
