"Amazing!!"

Breakfast was fanomenal!! The hostess has a full menu and had fruit, pumpkin bread, cupcakes, toast, cheese, and jams out to eat as well. She was very pleasant to talk with and gave excellent dining suggestions. I will be back!!

Wonderful hosts; Pat was was incredibly welcoming and helpful with considerate gestures such as complimentary snacks in addition to a lovely breakfast. Terrell has a wealth of local knowledge and if you’d like to fish he is definitely the person to speak to! A beautiful and quiet location with a large garden to enjoy and views of the bay. A definite recommendation.

"Great stay and experience that was an unexpected addition to our vacation!"

We booked this place as it was very convenient for our early AM Ferry ride to Cape Lookout and Shackleford beach. The hostess (Pat) prepared breakfast to order for each of us! Incredibly impressed by the fresh food, variety, attention to the individual preferences and dietary needs. Rooms were cozy and well-appointed. She was very flexible and allowed our party to use the shower after our beach trip even after check-out.

I loved the hospitality, we felt like we never left home, breakfast was like mom cooked it. And the rooms were so comfortable we really didn't want to go do anything, but relax. Mrs. Mary,was like family. We give her 20 stars if that's a rating.. Bottom line..... I'm definitely going to revisit here, our new vacation spot.. thanks for everything Mrs Mary

"A very kind and welcoming stay by the water!"

Farm style home near the water, well kept interior, and very kind host! Host made breakfast in the morning for my partner and I and it was delicious! She used to own a restaurant, and the food she made proved it!

Patricia made an amazing omelet to order, along with fruit, sausages, bread and juice. She and her husband are such friendly hosts and are eager to make the stay the best!
